Animal Welfare
Fashion That Stands with Animals
For a world where every animal thrives in every environment. Origami Tokyo's mission is rooted in the brand's very origin.
The Fox Carries Our Mission
Origami Tokyo's brand symbol is a fox reimagined in polygon art, like origami. In Japanese Inari worship, the fox is a divine messenger — a symbol of wisdom, prosperity, and harmony with nature.
Just as the fox has freely moved between the human and natural worlds since ancient times, we aim to reconnect city dwellers with wildlife through fashion.
Why Animal Welfare?
The fashion industry has long placed a heavy burden on animals. Fur, leather, wool, down — many materials have historically come at the cost of animal suffering. Climate change and environmental destruction are also rapidly destroying wildlife habitats.
What we choose to wear directly affects the future of animals. Facing that truth and building a system where every purchase contributes to animal welfare — that is where Origami Tokyo began.
How Donations Work
5% of Profits Donated
Origami Tokyo donates 5% of profits (approximately 2% of sales) to animal welfare organizations and zoos. This figure is calculated in real time based on estimated profit margins.
Quarterly Disclosure
Cumulative donations, actual transfer amounts, and partner activity reports are published on our website every quarter.
Zero Animal-Derived Materials
No leather, wool, silk, or down is used in the Genesis Collection. We use heavyweight cotton to ensure our manufacturing never burdens animals.
Donation Partners
We are currently selecting partner organizations across animal protection, wildlife conservation, and zoo/shelter support — partners we can walk alongside for the long term. Announcements will be made before launch.

Donation Visibility via NFC
Every Origami Tokyo product features an NFC tag. Just tap your phone to see which organization and project your purchase supported.
Transparency is the foundation of trust. Turning donations from something you believe in into something you can verify — that is the role of technology.
